Hi
If you followed the instructions at http://www.waveprotocol.org/code then
you got the most recent version of Wave in a Box (WIAB) and this mail list
is the right place to discuss WIAB development. As you already noticed, WIAB
made really nice progress during last couple months, however, it is not
quite ready for production. The community provides demo servers at:
http://waveinabox.net:9898
http://demo.wave-in-a-box.org
So you don't need to setup internal server in order just to check the
current state.

<http://demo.wave-in-a-box.org/>Thanks for the feedback and if you willing
to join the effort you are more than welcome.
