Groups will be very useful but they are not easy. I don't know the
prospects of groups in Wave in a Box.

I was hoping that it was easy enough to navigate.

No one is working on administrative oversight into all waves. It
shouldn't be too difficult to do, depending on what you need. Any
contributions in that area will be welcome.
