Ah, thanks. But I already tested the fastexport hg->git tool - and it worked
flawlessly. The problematic part is hit->svn.
In brief I was able to convert the wave-protocol to git and to upload it to
github. Then I tried to push the sources to a googlecode SVN repository but
got some "disconnects" for some reason.  I ll try again in next few days to
see of the git->svn part works.
