I've tested that Socket.io works with jetty 8.0.0.M2, but, 8.0.0.M2 is not compatible with the latest websocket specs. So with 8.0.0.M2 WIAB are in the same situation than with 7.1.6 (the version that we use in trunk). So, I'm trying to migrate socket.io to use a newer jetty. Thanks for the other tips...
