A turbulence detected-error

*1: *today i got my new VPS and i want to try with the WIAB. i sucessfully
compiles it but when i run it , i got the error:
     *A turbulence detected!
     Please save your last changes to somewhere and reload the wave.*
*  *any idea what may causing this?

*2: *one more question, where is the latest version of WIAB, i am using the
one from: https://wave-protocol.googlecode.com/hg/
