Regarding the document, here's my comments: wave.api- AFAIK this is wrongly named and should be deprecated in favor other *.api packages (client, server, robots, gadgets, etc.). wave.concurrencycontrol - the package naming is *really* confusing. waveimport - while Google Wave is no longer, one may eventually want to migrate waves from one domain to another, so this would become a welcome tool for Wave developers and admins. We should start breaking things into bigger modules as we've spoken several times before. This page is a great asset to start with.
