thanks.. i feel dumb... but then again... why is this on by "default"? yes i know this is small in the scheme of things. IMHO it should be off by default. message boards and wave is scalable, peoples inboxs are not so in the practical sense( one more reason to adapt to wave) had this been a super popular slashyoutweaterspace multi thousand wave response thread... Imagine joe sixpack handling this.. on by defualt i don't see as koser. its a useful "feature"... but only if a person "needs" it...
i do route a private message board i run to my email.... but then again i need that and i configured yahoo to do that. and in this case it took me a little bit to figure out where these emails were coming from...and not so straight forward to a new person to this board how to change it..... yes it is simple... if you know where to look. remember to be scalible.... does Slashdot have this feature on by default? my 2 cents.
