As far as I know, the current version of FedOne doesn't work well with
servers where the disco#items list doesn't have wave as the first
entry.
For example, your server is returning:

<iq type="result" id="616-9" from="iths.org" to="wave.glines.com">
  <query xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/disco#items";>
    <item jid="pubsub.iths.org" name="Publish-Subscribe service"/>
    <item jid="wave.iths.org" name="Google Prototype Wave Server - FedOne"/>
    <item jid="search.iths.org" name="User Search"/>
    <item jid="conference.iths.org" name="Public Chatrooms"/>
  </query>
</iq>

You might want to disable the other services. You can test federation
using [email protected].
