Here, and in #7 you seem to be confusing the wavelet with the
the document. The document id is 'conversation'. There is, for now,
a distinguished wavelet with the id of 'conv+root' that contains
the 'conversation' document, that is considered the root of the
conversation.

I'll work on a re-wording. The idea is that there is no special way of
assigning thread ids and that the actual id doesn't change how
