The problem with basing this on a Wave (Sandbox or Preview) is, that  
those still waiting for an invite are left outside, though they could  
start working with FedOne even without access to either of both.

We might think about doing something more traditional for the time  
being. How about a Wiki? Or a friendfeed group?

I'm open for suggestions. I believe the "early federators" should  
unite! :-)
