For those on Twitter, I've set up

http://twitter.com/ahynesa/wavefederation

Right now, it's me, purserj, devylon and 24z, but I'd love to add any other
wave federators that are tweeting. Could very easily do the same for a
FriendFeed group

However, I like a wiki better. That gives space for people to add information
about themselves, their FedOne servers, their blogs, and anything else they
want to share.

The problem with basing this on a Wave (Sandbox or Preview) is, that those
still waiting for an invite are left outside, though they could start working
with FedOne even without access to either of both.

We might think about doing something more traditional for the time being. How
about a Wiki? Or a friendfeed group?

I'm open for suggestions. I believe the "early federators" should unite! :-)

Hmm. I couldn't access this wave. Is it public? Is public working in the
sandbox? Should we even be storing stuff like this in the sandbox?

I've set up what a related sort of page on the Preview server

https://wave.google.com/wave/#restored:wave:googlewave.com!w%252BZMulB2TO6.11

A bunch of us are already there, with information about ourselves, our
FedOne servers and links to various discussions we've had

I've made it public and tagged it "Wave Federation", so if for some reason,
the link doesn't work, do a search on

    tag:"Wave Federation" with:public

It will also bring up the one really good public conversation several of us
had.

      Subject: Google Wave - Whitepages

Hi all, I created a new wave to ease communication between wave
developers.

https://wave.google.com/a/wavesandbox.com/#restored:wave:wavesandbox.com!w%252BxpvCihF6A

The text below is a copy of what that wave contains, open it up if your
interested.

If your seeing this through the google-groups site, note that you need
google-wave-sandbox access
be able to do what is described below.

      - Kazuyoshi Tlacaelel

Google wave sandbox whitepages - get listed!

      What is this?
This wave contains an attachment. That attachment is a list of contacts
that have sandbox access. With it you can import a bunch of contacts using the
google-wave import feature.

Where does this data come from?
I grepped this from my mailbox. See link below for specifics.

http://groups.google.com/group/google-wave-api/browse_thread/thread/f8737f67f0740d2e/098b2b9812ed4c06?pli=1

And I am sure I missed many people, if you are not on the list please
download the file, add yourself and replace the current version.

I don't want to be listed!
If you are on the list and do not wish to appear on it. create a new blip
and saying so. To prevent that someone adds you after being removed.

      How to import
GOTO: Manage contacts in the bottom-left part of your google-wave-screen

click import and upload the file
