Hmm it looks like traitwise.com is an apps domain, with Chat enabled, which is confusing our outgoing XMPP servers. It's a problem we'd like to fix at some point, but for now you'll need to disable it: http://code.google.com/p/wave-protocol/wiki/CurrentFederationStatus.
