As Dan has noted, Google has released a lot of code over at
http://code.google.com/p/wave-protocol/ .

The most recent code dump includes the Wave Model.

I also think you might want to have a look at the wave-mongodb fork of
the wave code.

This is a version of wave that includes persistance via the mongodb
nosql db application. Would be very useful for exploring how to store
the wave data.
