Many thanks, the agents do start now. :)

Although, neither agent seems to do anything. Echoey seems to be
conspicuously silent - I notice in it's source it should at least be
posting a greeting when added to a wave, and probey (apparently
undocumented as yet, deciphered it's usage via the source code) has
the following useful output when hitting it's URLs (In this case,
<ipaddress>:8090/new):
