I've uploaded a patch: http://codereview.waveprotocol.org/248001

I decided to implement the GWT module in the socketio-java project since it
has usefulness to more than just WiaB.

Right now the client interface does not allow the specification of the
host/port to connect to. It only allows the default. This is fine for WiaB
for the moment, but I plan to fix that in a bit. My primary goal was to get
ti working and integrated into WiaB as soon as possible.

This seems to work with Chrome, Firefox and Safari on the iPad. But on the
iPad, you can't type anything into the blips because the keyboard won't
appear. Does anyone know how to force that?
