Seriously there needs to be better education of WIAB and wave in
general.

I don't have a problem with zombiefing gwave, although it will
eventually be superseded anyway no doubt.

People equate savaging gwave with saving wave, they are totally
contrary. Saving gwave does very little other than waste time. I can't
think of anything more counterproductive. There hasn't been anything
bad come out of Google's announcement. The "death" of gwave has total
galvanised effort, things are totally moving and this things are being
done properly, in contrast to what happend with gwave.

Wave is supposed to be a federated system, this is how to roll out a
federated system honesly. rather that by keeping thing centralised
with the promise of federation.

Do you really want another facebook with all you private information
which they sell the highest bidder, or do you want more choice? A
federated net is inherently more stable as well.

Reasons for saving gwave are nostalgic and emotional.
