I have a similar issue. Since upgrading to 1.9.3 the bindings on my mouse
(Logitech G403) no longer work correctly. I have my button set to send CTRL-D,
but it seems like the D is received before the CTRL. Downgrading to 1.9.2 also
fixes the problem.
