Thank you Dixon...I got "Floyd the Gay Deceiver " on tape!!! I am ever so grateful to you for your help! ( Now I am on a quest to get "Divorce, Mountain Style".) I also want to say how wonderful it is to see that one of the writers of "TAGS" actually corresponds with us from time to time. I am so looking forward to hearing from Mr. Bullock again!...It's so great to be a part of "Mayberry". To everyone on the digest who has made a spelling or gramatical error or caught someone making one, let's all sing a chorus of Dirty Me, Dirty Me, I'm disgusted with myself. Also, what a pleasure to know that Mr. Bullock joins us in our little world here. Now there's a prince for you. If THIS is true, then I'm telling you, it was Betty Lynn's identical twin sister in the movie! By the way, if anyone has a copy of this movie (VHS) that they'd be willing to sell or trade, let me know. I have been trying to find one for months. Does anyone know if they ever made a movie version of the sequel, "Belles on Their Toes"? I just read the book and it is as good or better that the first book! I know I saw her dance with Clifton Webb at one time and she was portraying a southern belle. I once had a cat, before my allergies got out of hand, we named Floyd in honor of our favorite barber! It is traditionally a mixture of preserved fruits and nuts used as a sauce or in puddings, pies, ice cream, etc. I concocted my own version for a party once and Jim included it in his second cookbook "Aunt Bee's Delightful Desserts" as Ethel Montgomery St. John's Nesselrode Pie! He's so clever. And I was so proud! Aunt Bee of Orlando ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access! I well remember the fad of shoes with buckles on the sides and for that matter, pants with the buckle in the back. I have some yellow socks too but I shave my legs so the hairs won't pop out through the little holes. The scene where Gomer was showing Andy his new purple tie with the acorns was a scream, especially when Andy rolled his eyes like I've seen him do on several occasions (usually having something to do with Goober and/or Gomer). This is one of my very favorite episodes too. Heck, I can think of several without getting under the bucket (didn't somebody donate a bucket last year?...a "take a thank under thar" bucket). How about a Leathercraft Set, a Metalcraft Set, OR a Mr. Potato Set! A nice bed jacket. A dozen canning jars. A beer can opener with a little umbrella on top. A pan of cashew fudge. A set of Blue Willow dishes. (I'm already looking around for a nice set of the dishes to donate) Anyhow, that's just my two cents on donation ideas. I plan on donating a few more more cents that were run over by a train, too.
