Happened to flash by "No Time for Sergeants" on
Sunday, and noticed another TAGS alumni. When Andy
was processing, and had to speak with the base
psychiatrist, the non-comminssioned officer who told
him where to go was the same guy that played Tracy
Crawford (an alias), from Chatanooga, who Andy had to
extradite back, because of several outstanding
warrants he had in Tennessee. I think that was the
episode where Andy fabricated the Walker Drug Store
robbery.

Is the soda v. pop v. coke subject past history?
Because the Indianapolis Star published a Sun. Sept.22
article on the subject. It's available at
WWW.indystar.com, click on Mike Redmond.

Seems a poll has been taken by several institutes. One
is at: WWW.ugcs.caltech.edu/~almccon/pop_soda/

Hey Everybody,

I may not be as good a trained noticer as some on here, but I noticed
something last night while watching TAGS. The farm where Flint and
Frankie lived on looks just like the farm that Rafe Hollister lives on in
a later episode. The barm and fence looks exactly in the same place and
also the gate that enters the farm. I wonder if Frankie's female
decorations got Flint that fine son-in-law? Ole Big Barn got ran off the
same farm twice.

Flint, you got a daughter? Dig my grave with a silver spade!

Sunday my wife, mother in law, and myself had the privilege to attend a Tim
Conway Don Knotts show in Sandusky, Ohio. You all need to watch your regional
theatre listings to attend this show if possible. We drove 2 !/2 hrs. at it
was worth it all. When Don Knotts walked on stage he got an ovation that
brought a lump to my throat. Excellent show!!

>>>Here is a list of episodes on each tape. Hope this helps...

Vol. 18: BARNYS BLUNDERS

 -148. Barney Runs For Sheriff
-211. A Visit To Barney Fife
-240. Barney Hosts A Summit Meeting

Does anybody actually have this tape? It appears on the official list, but
I don't know if they ever actually produced it or not. I did get a tape
CASE with those titles listed, but the tape inside the box has different
episodes on it.

Hey Folks,

Well, it's almost here!!! MAYBERRY DAYS 2002!!!!

I'd like to try and get all the WBMUTBB Chapter members together for a chance
to meet and greet following the Mayberry Days Trivia Championship!!! The
Trivia starts at ~4:30pm on Friday. As soon as it's over...just head on down
to the stage area and we'll meet.

We'll try and do the same thing following the TAGSRWC Meeting but we're
always pressed for time then so we may not be able to pull that one off.

I'm looking forward to seeing all of you that I can during Mayberry Days. Be
sure to tell "Floyd" hey!!!

Oh...and be looking for those WBMUTBB Chapter T-shirts. I'm sure they'll be
all around. If you see one...walk up and tell 'em "hey" and introduce
yourself to your fellow WBMUTBB Chapter members.

See you guys soon!!!
