Thanks for the lead to CIC on YouTube. I looked at the clip enough times, and I'll say without 100% certainty that it is Mr. Schwamp. For me, it was his ears that matched up the most. My guess is that he knew someone in hollywood, either friend or relative, who asked him to sit in as an extra from time to time. Now, if someone can find him in a speaking role, then you really have something. Let's call A & W Root Beer and ask if they've ever used him in a commercial.
