Wow! To think that I have been quoted as an authority AND that my post is actually part of someone's personal archives!!! I'm going to mark this day on my calendar! I must confess that this is a heady experience, almost like when Barney was picked to squire Teena Andrews to the movie premiere. So sorry, Joe, that I burst your balloon by reversing my position on this issue of a possible Schwamp siting in "Christmas in Connecticut." I can only plead that changing one's mind is a woman's prerogative (or was that privilege taken away by the feminists?). Hope I haven't disillusioned you. It's just that I later realized that I hadn't fully taken into account Mr. Schwamp's age during the TAGS era and that it could *conceivably* be the same man at a younger (but not too young) age. Perhaps someone with CIC on DVD can get a better look at the alleged Schwamp and give us a report. I'm not too proud to recant if the evidence is against me! Like Andy, I may have to eat crow (but--on the bright side--at least I have a healthy appetite).
