I can't believe my web page is still out there about this. While we are on the subject there are two more Star Trek episodes (that I know of) that use Mayberry locales. One is "The Return of the Archons" It doesn't look familiar because it uses a part of the 40 acres set that was rarely seen in Mayberry. But if you remember the episode where Mr Tucker walks into town you will start recognizing the buildings. The other episode was "The Paradise Syndrome" which was shot not on the 40 acres lot but at Myers Lake. Too bad we couldn't have seen Kirk throw a rock at the lake LOL.
