Harry Bosworth, the Director of Water and Power, a public servant for all these years..its time for him to step up to the big job. You all know Harry. He gave that nice speech on Founders Day and introduced the Governor. (I guess he actually does know a Governor Mr. Stoner, Ha ha) The only Scandal in his entire tenure was the slow response time to boys getting their heads stuck in sewer grates.
