Wow, that was cool! Howard Morris (Ernest T. Bass) was also the voice of the Hamburglar for many years; however, he wasn't inside the costume. Hal Smith (Otis) provided the voice of the soda cup in a bunch of McDonald's commercials as well.
Most casual TAGS fans are unaware that Howard Morris was a highly-respected director. He directed dozens of commercials, and won several Clio awards (that's sort of the "Oscar" of the advertising industry).
