Bass". At the beginning of the episode, when Ernest T. causes a disturbance at Mrs. Wiley's, everyone is gathered on the front porch. Mrs. Wiley is telling Andy and Barney what happened and Barney (or was it Andy? I'm doing this from memory) asked if anyone tried to stop him. Mrs. Wiley says, "Mr. Schwump tried to pinch him." Mr. Schwump is right beside Mrs. Wiley, and he smiles and nods. Once you identify who he is, you can't help but notice Mr. Schwump in every scene he's in! BTW, I don't know where Willoughby or Wapakoneta is, but I grew up in WV right on the Ohio River, across from Belpre, OH. Ever heard of Belpre or Parkersburg, WV??
