This past week the Eau Claire Country Today newspaper did a feature story about the Taylor Home Inn B & B in Clear Lake, Wi. They spent some time interviewing Dave and Marsha and they did an excellent job with their story. A nice huge color picture of Marsha in the kitchen on the front page and then another full page spread with two more large pictures of the exterior of the house and also the living room. I received a phone call about it from an old high school friend of 43 years ago who wanted to make sure I saw it. Turns out he and his wife and his two sisters and their spouses will all be spending the night at the Inn in September as a birthday celebration. We ended up exchanging two phone calls that day and had a very nice visit. Isn't it wonderful how Mayberry can help to keep us connected with friends from the past.
