Regarding Ken's post about staying at the Taylor Home Inn, I'm proud to tell all that my mom, my friend, and I have reservations (since last November!) to stay two nights there, August 14 & 15. We have the entire house booked so we can get away from it all, sit on the front porch, maybe drink a bottle of pop, and listen to the barking dogs. I hope Dave or Marsha play the guitar as none of us do, and it seems like we'd need a little music to make it complete. Perhaps my mom will take along her embroidery. If it's hot enough, we might sip some iced tea also. I hope not to be in a hurry to do anything. I am sure we'll not have to do any adventure sleepin'.
By the way, remember awhile back there was all the "controversy" about the sleep pants? Well, I was hoping folks would remember the post pertaining to inserting the words "sleep pants" instead of the real dialogue. The best one is, of course, the one I remember: "Yeah, son, but don't the sleep pants seem nice and full?" Would anyone please share that list again? That was one of the best items I've ever read on here!! I too, like Ken, hope to give a full report on our stay at the Taylor Home Inn.
