I have to respectfully disagree with Mr. Mulik regarding the exchange in the
episode "Mayberry Goes Hollywood". The scene consists of Andy, Floyd and the
Hollywood producer outside the barbershop with the name "Colby" visible on the
barbershop window.

I've listened to the end of their conversation on DVD a few times, and I am
almost certain that the producer says something to the effect of "Nice to have
met you, Mr. Colby". I might be paraphrasing that a bit, but I would bet one
of Aunt Bee's pies that his line ends with "Mr. Colby". I may be wrong, but
that certainly seems to be logical--why would they put the name "Colby" on the
window and then use a different name in the script? Obviously it could have
been a mistake that nobody caught, but my take is that he said the line
correctly, referring to Floyd as Mr. Colby.
