As far as Andy and Helen getting engaged, no, it wasn't on any episode. Andy and Howard are talking on the sidewalk somewhere in town in an episode and Andy just mentions their engagement. No warning, nothing. They're just engaged. Too bad an episode wasn't done for it. You'd think there would've been.
