Hey Dan,

That must have been a commercial for Food Lion, who uses the theme in  
their commercials and phone-system hold music.  They also just plain  
play it through the store speakers when you're walking around  
shopping.   Food Lion's based in Salisbury NC.  I'd be curious to  
know who holds the license for the theme, and how much they paid to  
use it.
