I for one agree with the spanking. I see so many children today that have no serious discipline at all and I wonder what their lives will be like when they grow up and find out they can't have their way every time. At my place of employment, there are parents who let their children stand and scream bloody murder and not do anything. I don't think a hand print on a young ones bottom will warp them. I had a few on my backside throughout my childhood and it did not warp me one bit. It taught me a valuable lesson though, that there are consequences when you don't act like somebody.
