On March 10,1991 the following folks were on the list that would, in 8 months, become the "Who's Been Messin Up the Bulletin Board?" Chapter of TAGSRWC. This was all done on the Prodigy computer network and it was before the "Internet" as we now know it even existed. The World Wide Web didn't start until 1992 and the first graphical browser (Mosaic - later lead to Netscape) didn't come along until 1993. WBMUTBB had it's first website in 1995 and was one of the first 100,000 websites on the web.
Whew...I rambled a bit there but this is WBMUTBB history...some of us got it and some ain't.
