Poor Mr. Shcwamp, or Schwump, or whoever the poor guy is!!
I noticed in Mrs. Wiley's home today, when Ernest T. was getting his manners
tried, Mr. Schwamp had 3 chances but never said one word!
You reckon maybe he had the larynixitis? Or maybe Mrs. Shcwamp told him not
to say anything!
Whatever, it will be so good to see Sweet Romeena back at Mayberry Days
again this year.
The last time she was there, during Col. Tim's Talent Time she and Charlene
went to the ladies room and got the big roll of paper, and while "Elvis" was
singing and giving away his scarves, Romeena and Charlene were giving away
their paper scarves!! What a blast!
Allan, is there any way at all the segment of good old 14-A can be worked
into the show again? That was the highlight of the whole night and I miss it!
Has not been done since 2000 and is it is time for us to see it again,
especially since Thelma Lou will be there to sing!
And, I think it is time I go back to the name I have always been knowed as
so I am no longer the Mayberry Photo-Grapher, but once again, I am
Welford, theCameraNut!!
Yep, he's a nut all right!!
