Jim - that cookbook is available at Weaver's and it has some good recipies and good bluegrass information. If you ordered it online and requested an autographed copy, Jim Clark's signature would be the real deal (he's one of ours). Ken Beck has also written a number of other books with Jim. Penny Parsons is a Durham author and leader of the "Mavis Neff" TAGSRWC Chapter. She is currently working with Curly Seckler (new CD, bio, movie) and has penned an number of bluegrass books and articles.
