Robert Cornthwaite, who played 'Mr. Somerset' the County inspector in the episode "Dogs, Dogs, Dogs," has died at age 89. Mr. Cornthwaite also joined the cast of MAYBERRY RFD in its 3rd season, as 'Reverend Keith' in a few episodes. Other TAGS-related appearances include 'Mr. Markham' in GOMER PYLE USMC's "The Prize Boat," and 'Mr. Springer' in THE GHOST AND MR. CHICKEN (1966).
