That is Mayberry Motors and it is still there, in North Hollywood. I have watched multiple episodes of the Rockford Files that was filmed in that area. The Beverly Garland Hotel and The Smoke House Restuarant (both near to Mayberry Motors) both have appeared in different episodes.
