Unless you kept the prices down by restricting who could live there not by price but by some kind of application. The application could include an extensive Andy Griffith show trivia section. That way only true enthusiast could move in. Otherwise you might get a bunch of people just wanting to live in a quaint retirement community without understanding the real spirit of the idea.
