That is the third season Episode 69 "Barney Mends a Broken Heart". Peggy McMillan breaks a date with Andy because her friend Don suddenly shows up at her doorstep. To help easy Andy's pain, Barney and Thelma Lou drop in to see Barney and bring Thelma Lou's friend Lydia Crosswaite along for Andy. It is in this scene that Thelma Lou has her down long in the back.
