In last night's show about Howard telling jokes on Colonel Tim's Talent Show - when Opie comes into Howard's office he tells Howard he wants to renew his bike license. Howard proceeds to stamp Opie's license, initial it, takes Opie's 50 cents, and puts it in a drawer. What's wrong with this picture??? If Howard had to audit his cash drawer that evening, what would he use to justify the 50 cents? He wrote nothing in a ledger or on a note pad. Apparently Howard has a photographic memory and doesn't need any document control.
Little things like that make that vein in my chicken's neck stick out.......
