It's first two seasons, RFD used the same sets as TAGS... soundstages at Paramount's Cahuenga Blvd. soundstages (formerly Desilu), exteriors at 40 Acres in Culver City. All three seasons, Sam's farmhouse and barn was on the Warner Bros. backlot in Burbank. In its 3rd season, RFD production moved to Warner Bros. Interior sets were rebuilt on a WB soundstage, and the WB downtown and residential area backlot became the new exterior Mayberry. The nearby Ranch backlot was also occassionally used.
