Don Knotts has left us and I am greatly saddened by this. But I disagree that Barney died also. Barney Fife should never be buried, and in fact be kept alive more so now. There are people living now that never knew Don Knotts, but sure felt like they knew our beloved Barney Fife. It was stated that there are people not yet born that will some day grow to love Barney Fife. So, let's not bury Barney. Let's honor him more each day.
