I just saw this story and it reminded me of our own Barney Fife. It seems that a state delegate was unloading his handgun in his office when it went off. Just as in Mayberry, no one was hurt. As a matter of fact, the .380-caliber bullet went across the room and into a bullet proof vest that was hanging on the door. The article said that Virginia's gun laws allow people to have guns at the capitol and the delegate did have a license to carry a concealed weapon.
