I don't know how you can pick a favorite episode... I love them all. I would like to pick some of my favorite lines and scenes from episodes - like when Howard throws the water in Andy's face when they are captured by the crooks; or when the Darlins are climbing down the rope from the hotel and Sharlene is hugging Andy when Briscoe says "Charlene! Put-that-boy-down" - that'n just cracks me up. There are so many - like when Barney wants to fight Ernest T and Andy says "he'd kill ya"; or when Barney is trying to recite the Preamble and when he's finished he says "I got it" with his hair standing straight up. But my favorite scene of all time is when Malcolm Tucker is on the porch and Andy is singing the "The Church in the Wildwood". I had never heard that song before and it just captivated me. To this day that song holds a very special place in my heart. I think it sort of represents the whole meaning of the show in that one song. What a treat is was. It even calmed Mr. Tucker.
