TAGS fans, My favorite episode is "The Pickle Story". I can watch that one over and over again. My second-favorite episode fits into this current discussion because Barney happens to be absent: "Goober Takes Apart a Car". I think it has some of Floyd's best lines, as well as Goober's, but mainly it's just that the whole premise is funny.
