Dan, Sorry to disappoint you but that building no longer exists. Gomer used the wrong magic word, SHAZAM instead of XYZZY, and a small green dwarf appeared and ate the building! :)
I remember the computer game Adventure quite well. Played it for hours but don't tell the boss. Yup, I'm old too. One co-worker drew a huge map of the game's maze in his attempts to complete it and another friend reverse-engineered the program to solve it. All back in the days of wooden computer disks... ;-) I can't recall if it's been mentioned here before but there's a cute game for guessing sit com characters at the following site. Many of the Mayberry characters are guessable by the game.
