>>>The other thing I noticed was the sign inside Walker's Drug Store. You
know, where you leave off film. It said "ENLARGMENTS" plain AS DAY.

Good eye. Someone on the set must have spotted it as well, because in later
episodes, it's spelled correctly.

I was watching the Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet this morning on Pax
TV, and spotted Floyd on the show! He was an apartment manager, and was
pretty funny in that role. (I had never saw that episode before). He
kept on forgetting Ozzie's last name. I guess after that job, he
decided to be the barber at Mayberry.

I have often wondered why Barney and Andy went looking for Virgil down that
old narrow and dusty road. Also why was Virgil walking there? Certainly
that was not the bus route to Mayberry. I would assume when the bus stopped
so people could "freshen up" it would have been along the main bus route.
Then again poor Virgil wasn't as keen and sharp as Cousin Barney, so perhaps
he was just totally lost. But even if that is the case, why would they look
for him there? Just one of those things I think about when I have too much
time on my hands, which according to my wife, is most times. I also wonder
if poor Barney had to pay for the repairs to the jail wall that he
destroyed. Also the damage to Andy's garage, and the bookcase glass, and
the getting new jail keys made.

"Virgil, Virgil, Virgle, can't you do anything right."

Does anyone remember on the opening credits when you could actually see
Opie's rock go into the water and make a splash? Due to the editing on one of
my
tapes, I can catch this on one episode I have......

Amen to Ange in Bethlehem. Let's keep this site exclusively for TAGS fans and

Note: If y'all want to put the song on your hard drive, goto the audio page,
right click your mouse on the song link and click "save target
as................" and it will go right in your harddrive.

He ain't such a bad singer.

If the site goes down for any reason, you got the song.

Emmet's WAVS can be done the same way.
