Hi friends,
We are getting ready for our 15 year HS class reunion on Saturday evening.
I guess I have learned from Andy & Barney...if I don't know who someone
is..I'll just ask
instead of guessing.

I saved my first season DVDs for recovery from recent orthopedic surgery.
(They helped, they really helped.) I noticed a couple of things. I felt real
sorry for myself because, like Emma Brand, to paraphrase Andy, "Bless her
heart. She's [I've] started to walk 'crook-ID'."
The other thing I noticed was the sign inside Walker's Drug Store. You know,
where you leave off film. It said "ENLARGMENTS" plain AS DAY. It made my
editorial pencil twitch, but my foot is doing OK. Trying to quit "walkin'
crook-ID." Getting better every day.

I LOVED that episode! It revealed a lot about Barney's family.
It also showed the compassionate side of Andy when he discovered what
Virgil's real problem was.
I thought it was very well written. Don't we all have a version of Cousin
Virgil in our family?

Just found a website for a Barney impersonator. It is www.fifeismylife.com.
I guess he takes off on Barney Fife. Kinda like Goober takes off on Cary
Grant.
