I viewed the picture memorial at www.mem.com . What an outstanding young man.
I'm so sorry for your loss Donna. Our prayers are with you.

Aunt Bee and Malcolm would definitely have had a hit with the English Tearoo
m! Can you think of other potential business ventures that could have been a
success in Mayberry? How about:

* Ernest T. giving private pitching lessons during baseball season

* Barney and Countess VanDelecky could have opened a fortune telling
storefront

* Opie could have started taking orders for house signs burned into wood

Don't forget the ones that failed:

* Fife Realty

* Andy's laundromat

* Didn't Diamond Jim's go out of business?

Anyone remember any more failed businesses?

Speaking of seeing Ellie on other shows, she was also on the CBS show Cold
Case this past Sunday Night. I don't know how old she is now, but she
looked great.

I just saw the episode where Goober runs the coupon promotion at his gas
station. It is the one where Floyd wins $200 on a mistakenly printed coupon.
While at the print shop placing the order for the coupons, I noticed that the
assistant to the printer was none other than a very young Rob Reiner - alias
Meathead from All in the Family. The characters from this show keep surprising
me...

Lots of luck to you and yours
