Come to think of it, the manicure business that Floyd's Barbershop once
successfully incubated, seemed to go away very quickly.

Speaking of Kissing and Barney. The one that cracks me up the most is when
Barney, Thelma Lou, Andy, and Peggy are at
the duck pond. And and Peggy are about to talk to the hawk and Barney is trying
to make out with Thelma Lou in the car, but she wants to go watch Andy talk to
the hawk. I'm not even sure Barney got a kiss in but he sure was trying lol.

>>>I was in the Dime Store recently reading the latest editions of the Digest
>>>with Laura Lee Hobbs and lo and behold we discovered there's a Laura Lee
>>>Hobbs Charter Club. My girl was over-joyed with herself to hear the news
and so was I. I knew she was famous (or infamous, you take
your pick) and now some good people have named their club after her. Great joy
in the morning! Watching out for gold
trucks ain't never been so good.<<<
I thought she deserved a little recognition.

It would be a far stretch but how about the 'print shop' counterfeiters that
Aunt Bea worked for who had to leave town in hurry???

Let us not forget about one of Mayberry's most promising businesses which
didn't quite make it - Fife Realty; oh and remember Taylor's Laundromat!

I know I am a bit late on this but last Tuesday, the Boston Legal show ended
with the 2 main lawyers (William Shatner and James Spader) going fishing
together in Boston to the tune of TAGS. That sure was a "rip" to hear it again
and to know the modern TV folks still appreciate a good show.
