Maybe Dan was getting a little cranky around town on his vacation even,
and took his skillet and some bacon up to the lake and caught himself an
escaped felon, just so barney and gome could set him free.

I have not gotten the digest for about ten days, but now we're back in
business....It appears there was a discussion about the six degrees to Kevin
Bacon, etc.... Did anyone mention that Kevin Bacon was in Apollo 13 which was
directed by Opie?

Hey folks,
Lets try and get together following the Mayberry Days Trivia contest on
Friday. That's usually a good time.
Just meet by the stage and we'll go down the hill to the north rear of
the outdoor stage and get our photo taken. Last years photo can be see
in The eBullet of Feb 2004...the link is right below.

The trivia starts at 4:30 or near that so make plans to be at the trivia
contest and see how you do in the "Super Bowl of Mayberry Trivia." Last
years questions can be found below...they are *HARD* so...just don't
over expect.

Feel free to write in and tell folks which one is you in the photo. I'm
the one that looks kind'a like Floyd the Barber. My lovely wife is the
one taking the picture so you can't see her. :)
I'm looking forward to seeing everybody in Mayberry!!!

Wasn't Aunt Bee over at Clara's house the time that Opie snuck off to football
practice and Arnold practiced the piano in his place? And Bee could hear him
through the window and was impressed with how well he was playing? Or is my
bucket not on straight?

Just got done checking out the Mayberry Days paper,
and was just wondering----nowhere does it say if Andy
will be there for more than just the statue dedication.
We've already made plans to be there, but, what about
the ones who can only make it later Friday, or the
parade? Sure would be disappointing to miss seeing
him. Wonder if they'll (surry arts) will let us know
if he's going to stay or do they plan to surprise us?
I sure hope he can feel the excitement of Mayberry
Days, and see how much we love him and the rest, and
will decide to stay!! Need to find a red-headed kid's
head to rub!!!! Ha ha. Can't wait til next week.
See you there!!
Kathy Hinkley
P.S. Sure disappointed that TV Land has cut back on
it's showing of The Andy Griffith Show. Wonder why
they've cut back?? Some nights, at least in my area,
TAGS isn't even on.
